Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight serious cleanliness issues, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, mold, stained bedding, and unpleasant odors. The pool is frequently cited as dirty or out of service, disappointing guests who expected to use it. Bed comfort is also a recurring problem, with several guests describing uncomfortable or poorly maintained beds. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is considered convenient by several reviewers, and a few guests found the staff friendly or helpful, though service experiences were mixed. Overall, the negatives, especially regarding cleanliness and pool conditions, significantly outweigh the positives.
