Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as good or satisfying, with several guests appreciating its quality and variety. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though some noted aging furnishings and occasional lapses in housekeeping. A few guests were disturbed by noise from the street, kitchen, or elevator, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
