Cons (-) I attempted to stay at this hotel and when I arrived, the hotel did not have a room available for me to check in. Not even the slightest bit of customer service offered, it was simply "Sorry, we don't have a room and we aren't going to do anything to help you." Better customer service is offered from Motel 6.
