Pros (+) Price and location. I had a couple of small issues that the Manager took care of immediately (no remote for the TV).
Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable. It was an old, cheap, hard mattress that had sunken in. The person next door was smoking a very annoying, strong cigar that permeated the walls into my room. I complained to the Manager, but nothing was done.
