Pros (+) Great value for the money, vacation on a budget or group of friends located near ybor city /night life Bush gardens and other locations right next to ya was gas station /store as well as a ihop which gave a discount when shown the room key.
Cons (-) Hotel appeared to be recently renovated but rooms weren’t consistent . But all in all still a great bang for the buck place rooms were clean felt safe
