The hotel did not have any details regarding my check in time on Kayak and the check in closes at 7 PM without any late check in at all. This hotel sent an email reminder at 5:11 PM while I was traveling to the hotel so I didn’t receive it until 8:15 PM while traveling to the hotel to find out I had no place to stay. Very poor customer service and communication.
