Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative regarding cleanliness, with many citing issues such as cockroaches, bedbugs, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Service is also frequently criticized, with reports of rude staff, unfulfilled refund promises, and unprofessional behavior. However, some guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location and affordable prices. A few reviews mention feeling safe and finding the rooms quiet, but concerns about safety and security are raised by others. Overall, while the hotel is budget-friendly and well-located, significant improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
