Pros (+) We asked for a Jacuzzi so that we could soak after the long ride and after the cold football game that we attended. It was wonderful. The room was spacious.
Cons (-) Water was not on when we initially got there and had to wait around 30 minutes for it. The elevators were very slow!!!
