Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and many found the location convenient and pleasant. The comfort of the beds was also noted positively by several guests. However, some reviews mentioned that the hotel is in need of refurbishment, with dated decor and maintenance issues. Noise from nearby nightlife or within the building was a common complaint, and while cleanliness was generally acceptable, a few guests noted areas that could be improved. Overall, the positives centered around service, location, and bed comfort.
