Rooms were not made up overnight. Came back Saturday evening to find room in exactly the same condition that I had left it on Saturday morning - bed not made, wet towel on floor in bathroom, dirty tea cup on side. This was the same across all the 5 rooms that we had in our group. However, the packet of biscuits that I had eaten had been replaced so someone had been in the room!
waited a long time to book in
Bed was very comfortable
1st room they showed us was not ready, plumber in the middle of repairs to shower and the carpet was not hoovered and dirty. Second room more spacious but dusty on coffee tables, carpet had bits all over, cleanliness left a lot to be desired If we wanted to eat had to be before 6 as chef had gone home. Reception staff said they would get us a meal, roast straight from microwave. Staff friendly but hotel facilities dirty and uncared for Breakfast, continental was fine
Everything.. Clean room, excellent service and friendly staff
Nothing to dislike. Staff very friendly and welcoming
Great location to be able to walk into town, with parking available on site.
Lovely Hotel and spacious room however, would have liked more than one coffee sachet on tea tray and not a lot of space in the bathroom for toiletries. A full length mirror would also be useful. Gez and Rosy are fantastic hosts but other staff members did not seem to be as on the ball re customer service.
