    the hotel was just great. the food was excellent. the staff was very nice.the next time i go to tiberias, i would definitely stay in this hotel.

    the only thing that was missing is group tours to nearby areas like the golan. the desk staff could not help us get a group tour to the golan and other areas nearby.

    We enjoyed the pool and other amenities such as the all included meals and drinks.

    The condition of the bathroom was poor- the tub was not properly cleaned.
