Pros: Location great and just outside Tiverton. Big car park to side of hotel.
Cons: Would have awarded 10 out of 10 but did have problems with bath taps, couldn't add cold water on first night and reception staff had no knowledge of how taps worked in my bathroom , receptionist was extremely helpful and gave me a jug to add cold water! Sorted out by housekeeper next morning, possibly tap control had jammed night before. Panic over!

Pros: Convenient quiet location in Devon countryside setting but still fairly close to a Motorway junction and Tiverton Parkway station. The owners have hung a small but striking green light on the corner of their "farmhouse" building which makes it easy to find even on a dark evening. Accommodation is in a long single story very well converted set of outbuildings behind the ancient farmhouse. ....where they serve good Devon traditional breakfasts.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and great value
Cons: Nice room
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was spacious and we had a comfortable nights sleep.
Cons: The first beer we chose, we were told was 'finished'. Requesting a repeat of a gin we'd had earlier, we were told they didn't sell. They couldn't find an iron. Breakfast was a poor show of cornflakes which has almost run out, or crunchy nut cornflakes - nothing available to get the cereal out of the container. Had to repeatedly request orange juice as there was only enough on the stand for one glass and there were 5 of us. 5 of us had to share 3 small pots of tea. And to top it all, despite the breakfast choices being full english, pancakes and egg benedict - they had run out of eggs! There was no offer of anything in replacement - extra sausage or bacon?
7.0 Good
Pros: Beds are very, very good. Bathroom small, therefore as a bigger person you will have difficulty.
Cons: The Food is .... well, it is not home made , it is cheap reheated microwave food. Stay away from it!
5.0 Okay
Pros: As i said room was warm and large clean bed. Decent size tv.
Cons: Room was ok large bed but carpet grubby. Bathroom no where in shower to put shower products etc. Towel rail electric and other one above toilet very rusty. Room entrance Door not too secure. Room did get nice and warm Pub /restaurant food was ok but had on 2 nights ran out of some stuff all though not that busy and service was ok but could have been better . And the soft furnishings of the chairs were very grubby for a eating establishment.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room and location.
Cons: Undercooked food.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice staff, building and food. Was a little concerned as they have really bad reviews on tripadvisor. Only saw them after I’d booked. One of the staff members explained that they had been through a few poor chefs but they now have one they really want to keep! Food was great, modern pub and accommodation. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Just wish we could have stayed longer!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: unfortunately I booked on hotel.com and had expected a hotel . This is also on Air b and so perhaps the owner thought I had booked through that site. There was no-one else on the premises and the price reflected far greater service. The bed and mattress was unbelievable and the smell of bleach very nauseas making from the cleaning which was very good otherwise.

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the comfort of the room, the quality of the facilities, the warm welcome and the lovely breakfasts. There was plenty of information about the B&B and its locale, including places to eat within a short distance and things to do, as well as details of local services. Having use of the comfy guest sitting room and a good sized breakfast room was much appreciated. Our bed was very comfortable. A large garden with space for both adults and children and very good parking facilities makes this all round a delightful place in which to stay.
Cons: We cannot fault this B&B. We were very happy with our visit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located within a few minutes of the M5 but in a tranquil setting, this is very comfortable, well equipped and great value accommodation. The breakfast is excellent too. I would be very happy to return here
