The location, Akasaka was a nice part of the city. I don't know sufficient the town, but it's seem a good part of it. Price was very good in front of the other hotels in the area.
The first nights I sleep in a smoking room. It was obviously stinking but also very small. The last night was available a no smoking room, was totally an other think, spaces too.
CLOSE FROM METRO.
I STAYED IN 5 HOTELS DURING MY 12 DAYS STAY ON A VACATION IN JAPAN. ALL EXCEPT YOKO WERE GOOD TO EXCELLENT. YOKO WAS BAD. THE ROOMS WERE UNCONFORTABLE AND EVEN A.C WAS NOT WORKING. ON ENQUIRING WITH THE STAFF I WAS TOLD TO OPEN THE WINDOW. SERVICE AND AMENITIES WERE BELOW STANDARD.
