Friendly helpful staff Clean, roomy and well equipped apartments
terrible place, room was like a hostel room, location was terrible miles from anything and nothing open around there to go to. beds were so thin and hard and staff really unhelpful. considering the cost which was about £160 a night, it really was not worth the money. We moved out after 1 night.
all of it, would not recommend it at all
I like Tokyo station/Nihonbashi area so the location is perfect in this case. If you prefer the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku area then it s not for you. The room was very clean, everything worked perfect. The area is very quiet but you walked 10 minutes direction Nyngyocho you will find lots of sushi bars and restaurants. 100 meters from the hotel there are various supermarkets. Very helpful staff, specially the lady at the reception.
The only negative point is that mattress and pillows are too hard. A mattress topper would make this rental perfect.
Very nice location
Breakfast was extra - and costing around 50 Euros for a family of 5. But we paid, desperate for a Western-style breakfast especially for the children. Arriving in the morning, there were no Western-style breakfasts left. 50 Euros out the window. Apart from that, the rooms are small - like they are in Tokyo. Problem is that there are really no common areas either, apart from some chairs by the reception. So you are stuck in a small room , or going outside. A bit claustrophobic.
Was surprised we had a separate bathroom and kitchen give. How much we paid. Wonderful staff. Excellent location
