Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location near Shin-Okubo Station, making it easy to access transportation, shopping, and dining. Many reviewers highlight the good value for money, especially for groups and families. While some guests found the rooms and facilities clean and comfortable, others noted issues with cleanliness, outdated bathrooms, and occasional service lapses, such as unattended front desks or unresponsive staff. The bathroom facilities, in particular, received mixed feedback, with several guests mentioning drainage problems and small size. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and affordability, though there are areas for improvement in service and bathroom maintenance.
