It was close to the station and some nice restaurants just outside the hotel.
We stayed on reward points as ambassadors. We were treated appallingly. The room was average for the type of hotel we were staying in. The staff were quite standoffish, considering we had just come from Intercontinental Delete repeated word Bay where the service was outstanding and we could not fault a single thing it was a huge disappointment to be treated like this. When we went for dinner in the restaurant we were not even offered a drinks or wine list the whole meal and they forgot my meal altogether. When they cleaned the room they left dirty dishes behind. I never complain about anywhere that I stay but it was enough to taint my holiday. When we checked out they did not even ask us how the stay was. We are Platinum members.
Western type hotel
Breakfast buffet, a seating area in our room, and a bed off the ground. We had been on great tour staying Japanese ryokans which were a treat but good to getting back to western comforts.
Don't have any complaints
Comfortable but not luxiorious
Comfortable beds Restaurants in the hotel Close to the train station
Small room Hotel smells like smoke
very convenient location; easy tour pick-up and airport bus; friendly staff
crowded hotel, small room, facility a bit aging

Right on the subway line. great restaurants and bar. great spa
beds are very firm
ANA InterContinental Tokyo mirrors the rich diversity of this city. The dynamic buzz of the lobby calls to mind some of Tokyo’s famous street scenes. The hotel’s exceptional food experiences evoke the city’s world-class dining reputation and the urban sophistication of Club InterContinental reflects the sanctuary to be found in the many local temples and shrines here. All this, whilst history is quietly being written inside its elegant Japanese banquet halls.
