the location (views of the lake from the balcony), great value for money, clean, nice shower, modern...the staff were incredibly welcoming- we arrived quite late at night and paolo hung around for us with a smile on his face, which was much appreciated by us. this is a lovely family run operation.
our only regret was to not have more time there! i would have liked to enjoy a meal there for example...

Room with a view rated 12 out of 10, the pictures do not do the view justice especially during the variety of times throughout the day.
I would have liked a fan for the room.

It was our second year in a row here, and we loved it. Wouldn’t be surprised if we come back again next year... Highly recommend this place!
Only thing missing is AC or even a fan, rooms get really hot in the Summer.

This charming ‘Albergo’ is located in the beautiful area of veleso, occupying one of the highest points of the mountain with the most scenery views of Lake Como. The owners also complement this hotel with their characters and kindness.

Family ran business. All super friendly and nice. The food is fantastic and very affordable. The views from the room were amazing. You can also enjoy it from the sun terrace and jacuzzi. Fantastic experience. Wished we stayed longer.
