Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests often praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was also highlighted as convenient by several reviewers. However, there were recurring complaints about uncomfortable beds, room temperature issues, and cleanliness problems in some rooms, particularly with the bedding. Some guests also mentioned that the hotel did not meet their expectations for a higher star rating, and there were occasional issues with amenities such as breakfast and the restaurant. Overall, while the service and cleanliness stood out positively, there is room for improvement in comfort and facilities.
