Room wasn’t clean when checked in at 11am. Left for the day came back still room not cleaned yet at 9pm. I had my room over a ground level club playing pounding loud music in till 2 AM. Breakfast was poor, no coffee made, and other selections poor. I booked this room as a step above a hostel, ended up being the worst place I stayed ever. There was damage to an adjacent room, forced door not repaired. Wet paint signs everywhere, not too bad for fumes but I wasn’t there long. Room didn’t have a window or skylight
We booked 3 nights with them. When we reached the hotel it said "call no.xxxxxxx to get in". We called and called and called and no one answered. Finally we had to go back and find another place.
Broken AC and WIFI
Good location: Queen Street West on the street car line, clean facilities, good price, free parking, felt safe.
AC was broken (in the part of the hotel where we stayed), way too hot, could not sleep, no windows in our room, their "free wifi" did not work except at the entrance to the hotel. Check in/check out process was confusing.
Everything. No staff. We luckily managed to check in but there was a bunch of brazilians who turned up at half 7 (half an hour before check in time) who couldn't get in. The whole place is a joke. If you want to drop your stuff off and get the hell out of there then you're fine. Otherwise you're screwed
