Pros: Amazing!
Cons: No real complaints, pool could have been bigger but we had a wonderful time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of Capitol Reef Resort is fantastic! We were able to be out on the hiking trails within minutes and the views are breathtaking. Our room (cabin) was exceptionally comfortable and offered enough bathroom and grooming area privacy for a family of four to get ready without asking other family members to leave the room. We will definitely return and are excited at the opportunity to sleep in a teepee!
Cons: There is nothing to complain about except the photo of a person in the loo that stares at you while you use the toilet. Please move that out into the room somewhere and put up a landscape photo. Otherwise, this place is excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location! Very nice rooms and houses. Great view !!! Good price.
Cons: Breakfast was awful. Scramble egg - no comment. Sausages are not with meat but something with a lot of preservatives. Food here is so bad as Quality Inn or Motel 6.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was spectacular-- I could not get enough of those gorgeous red cliffs. I loved the room decorations as it seemed to all go with the theme of the surroundings, and the service by the staff was wonderful as well. The food was also very good in the restaurant!
Cons: I did kind of wish the time for breakfast did extend past 10. My mom with MS struggled a bit to get ready in time to make it to breakfast. And though I loved our room, it seemed like there wasn't much sound barrier between rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Signs should be easier to spot in the evening
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was great and the room was comfy and clean with nice water pressure and temp.
Cons: Not the fault of the hotel that the power went out... twice. But, no one contacted us, checked on how we were doing, checked to see if we needed anything. No one came to explain when they knew what was happening and how long the power would be out. Had they been fully booked, I might could understand that they would be too busy. Problem is, there were maybe 12 customers on property. The office had a generator up and running to take calls and keep booking for future... but no one contacted us. We had to contact them.

Pros: I liked the location it was nice seeing the horses behind the hotel and it had a pretty nice view of the mountians.
Cons: I can't say there was anything I didn't like. It was a good place to stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We liked the close proximity to the parks, the food at the restaurant, and the hotel grounds - good view, outdoor garden, animals.
Cons: The listing said the room would have a balcony, but none of the rooms had balconies - only common balconies. Our room was poorly cleaned - there was still a jug of milk and empty ice cream containers in the fridge, crumbs on the tabletops, dried food on the remote, inside of the windows had hand smears and prints, some of the towels had stains on them, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in some areas, and the shower door had smeared handprints and was dirty. Luckily, we brought our own sheets, towels, and Clorox wipes to clean the room ourselves. I would visit this part of Utah again, but definitely would not stay at this hotel. I wish we had paid half the price to stay here. Quite disappointed!!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location; closest lodging to Capitol Reef. Lovely restaurant and also casual Patio restaurant.
Cons: Continental breakfast could be better.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location and setting is awesome for this hotel. Two restaurants on site which is really useful in a quiet town, especially after a long day in the park or on the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though they did feel somewhat overworked.
Cons: This was my third stay at the Rim Rock and my most disappointing. The room wasn't fully clean upon checking in, numerous hairs found around the bathroom and room itself. Multiple spiders/cobwebs in corners of the room, and poor cleaning of general surfaces. We may not have noticed some of this usually, but since we had every intention of disinfecting the room anyway due to general Covid risk, it became very apparent. Beds need updating. Lack of fridge and microwave in a relatively remote location was a noticeable miss, an addition of some kind of outdoor water facility would be excellent. Wifi/cell service spotty at best.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful area, excellent restaurant attached to motel, easy access
Cons: virtually no hot water in our shower, poor WiFi
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view.
Cons: The restaurant was okay but the service was not. It seemed like they just wanted to deal with the locals or big rollers and, we as room renters were not in that group. Wish there had been another restaurant nearby.
7.1 Good
Pros: Not very clean and old. No hair dryer. No fridge.
Cons: Excellent location. Good restaurant. Unpayable views.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was great, comfortable! The two onsite restaurants were awesome!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the food!!! Really liked that the motel was right outside Capitol Reef National Park. That made it very convenient!
