Pros (+) I liked the location of Madison Plaza. It is close to restaurants and bars and is really not that far from South Townsville and the Strand. My room, a King Suite was very comfortable, except for an occasional matter of sound from the corridor. I thought the price was good and would suit a long stay.
Cons (-) The only real drawback was that the internet was very slow in my room. Perhaps this is because the room is at the extreme end of the floor and also perhaps the numbers accessing the network at the time. Regardless of understanding the reasons, it is still something I hope the hotel will address.
