Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access the city center, shops, and tourist attractions. Cleanliness was highly rated, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The service and communication from staff were also appreciated, with several guests mentioning friendly and helpful interactions. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable, particularly the extra beds and mattresses, and there were repeated complaints about early morning noise from nearby deliveries or street activity. Overall, the positive aspects of location, cleanliness, and service outweighed the negatives for most guests.
