Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting positive service experiences even during challenging circumstances like ongoing renovations. However, many guests were disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms, with reports of mold, outdated furnishings, and general lack of maintenance. Room size and atmosphere were also common concerns, with some finding the accommodations cramped and the overall environment in need of refurbishment. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the offerings and others noting limited choices. Overall, while service stood out as a positive aspect, the hotel struggled with cleanliness, room quality, and ambiance.
