Overview

Built in the Norman seaside style, the Best Western Plus Hostellerie du Vallon, Trouville, France, sits in a quiet setting near the beach and the shops, right by the Trouville boardwalk, an easy base for one of Normandy's most characterful resort towns. A fitness centre, two billiard rooms, and drinks by the fireside make for an easy, relaxed stay, with the amenities geared toward unwinding after a day on the beach, in a quiet pocket a short walk back from the seafront. The location keeps the beach, the boardwalk, and the town's restaurants within a short walk. Trouville is a working fishing port and a beloved seaside resort rolled into one, its long sandy beach and timbered villas painted by Boudin and Monet, its quayside fish market and casino still drawing the crowds, with its glamorous twin Deauville just across the river. Out along the boardwalk, the wide Norman sky and the tide do the rest.
