Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, presence of pests such as roaches and bed bugs, and lack of basic amenities like towels and soap. Many guests also report unprofessional or unhelpful service, with problems ranging from reservation mishandling, upcharging, and lack of communication to rude or unresponsive staff. Additional complaints include rooms not matching descriptions or reservations, malfunctioning or missing TVs, and discomfort with room size or bedding. A few guests noted comfortable beds or friendly staff, but these were rare exceptions in otherwise negative feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
