The price.
The website listed it was the clarion airport hotel, so we went to the one by the airport first and was told we didn’t have a reservation. They had us check our reservations address and we found it was about four miles away. The desk clerk said this happens all the time in third party booking sites. Something should be done to make this less misleading. Also, their WiFi was down which was a huge inconvenience because we just got new phones and were needing to install our backups and download all our apps before our morning flight. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable and the A/C didn’t work.
