Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly, responsive service. Many found the breakfast enjoyable, with some highlighting specific items like scones, though a few noted limited variety or dietary concerns. The staff is frequently described as helpful and efficient, contributing to a positive overall experience. Some guests mentioned accessibility issues, occasional room odors, and minor maintenance concerns, but these did not overshadow the generally high satisfaction with the hotel's amenities and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Hotel has a newer updated feel. Clean, decent staff, and the location is near the mall. Lots of food options near.
Cons (-) The bed was horrible. I've slept on nicer beds a cheaper hotels. This mattress was broken or bend or something... there was a solid rail or something running from foot to head on the left side that made you feel as if you were trying to sleep on a 2x4.
