Pros (+) Water front view is amazing. Breakfast is good with both veg and non-veg options. Some stuff in hotel works while some stuff such as 'water' which is a basic necessity goes out of order when we want it.
Cons (-) We do not pay hefty amount only for view. Also they say that policy doesnt allow you to sit in public areas after certain period of time.
