Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast selection, the quality and atmosphere of the pool and wellness areas, and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several reviews highlighted disappointing experiences with service, particularly at the restaurant and during breakfast, as well as issues with staff responsiveness to complaints. While the pool and spa facilities were generally appreciated, overcrowding and limited access were mentioned as negatives. The restaurant received mixed feedback, with some guests dissatisfied with menu variety and food quality. Overall, the positives centered on amenities and room standards, but service improvements are needed.
