Pros (+) Basic room for a good price. Condition of the room was very nice and staff was friendly.
Cons (-) No fridge or coffee maker and very basic tv channels. No continental breakfast.

Pros (+) Staff were friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. I was not expecting much from the room given the price but was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, spacious and had everything I needed.

Pros (+) The room was mostly clean (aside from spots on the towels), the bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and the water pressure was awesome.
Cons (-) When I showed up to check in, my reservation had no proof of payment through Kayak and there was some strange name on my account along with someone else's card # (I guess Kayak reserves under their own card and name), so I had to find my confirmation emails proving I was paid in full and sign a form to that effect.
