Welcome to the 100 percent Non-Smoking Days Inn and Suites of Utica. We are conveniently located in the foothills of the Adirondacks, just a few minutes off I-90 at exit 31. We offer 58 well appointed guest rooms and feature a variety of complimentary amenities including WiFi throughout the property, cable TV with HBO, in room coffee maker and hair dryer. After a restful night of sleep, you can look forward to starting your day with a free light breakfast item together with your choice of coffee, tea and juice, a copy of USA Today Mon - Fri and a workout in our Fitness Center. Business Travelers will find themselves just five minutes from a variety of government offices while guests visiting students will be close to Utica College, SUNY IT, Hamilton College, Colgate College and Mohawk Valley Community College. Pros (+) On a cross country road trip with my kids. I booked around me and it ended up being an hour in the other direction. They would not move is to a closer hotel or refund.
Cons (-) Very shady people hanging outside smoking and drinking. Called the front desks twice and no one did anything. The door lock would not work and the safety latch was broken off. The Ac was not blowing cold air and was very loud. The beds were unconfertalbe and the pillows where the smallest work out things ever. The tv only got 2 channels one was a local advertising and the other was not clear

Pros (+) Comfortable room, bottom floor. Heat was ON when we got in...thank you!!! Temperature outside= -5.... The room was clean, bathroom was clean, it was quiet all night.
