On June 1st of 2022, after thoroughly refurbishing all rooms, Hotell Vidostern opened up under new regime and as members of the world’s largest hotel chain, Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Our 81 rooms are modern, fresh, and cozy, and besides very comfortable beds, we offer our guests free Wi-Fi, free parking, sauna to relax and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Today you can check in with us and be sure to be well looked after by our lovely staff, who are happy to help you and answer what questions you may have. We are located right where two of Sweden’s most important roads cross. E4 runs all the way from Helsingborg in the south, via Stockholm, to Haparanda in the north. RV27 takes you from Gothenburg in the west to Karlskrona in the southeast. Varnamo is strategically placed between Malmö, Vaxjo, Alvesta, Kalmar, Jonkoping, Gislaved, Boras, Halmstad, and many more cities which you reach within around 30 minutes - 3 hours. After a good night’s sleep and an energizing breakfast, you are ready to start the day and maybe enjoy all of what our surroundings have to offer? Like culture, shopping or exploring our tremendous nature. For example, Lake Vidostern, Lake Bolmen, Vandalorum museum, Laganland Moose Park, Cliff Burton Museum, High Chaparral theme park, Store Mosse Nationalpark, Isaberg Mountain, Anderstorp Raceway, various golf courses and lots more.
