Desiring a true ski-in/ ski-out location with a private lift? With a beautiful creek-side setting, Hotel Talisa is a great overnight choice for those looking to get away and relax with all the amenities of an upscale hotel.

Hotel Talisa is in a prime location, just a short distance from Lionshead Village in Vail and at the base of a private ski lift. The resort is a village of its own with all the amenities needed for a luxurious stay. However, dining, shopping, and entertainment can be found just a mile or two away at Lionshead Village and downtown Vail Village. A large perk for adventurers is the walking paths to the Village.

Aside from the perfect ski-in/ski-out access with a private chair life and ski rentals, the resort offers tons of conveniences, perks, and amenities for guests. A 10,000 square-foot Aria Spa include several treatment rooms and a list of services, including an outdoor saline pool and jacuzzi. A massive fitness center features an indoor track, basketball court, and tennis courts. An outdoor infinity pool is also available and adjacent to the jacuzzi and fire pits, all offering great creek views. For business travelers, more than 45,000 square feet of event space, including 19 meeting rooms is available. Three amazing restaurants are on-site offering American cuisine, cozy cocktails, home-made pizzas, and much more.

Pros (+) One of the best vacation experiences I've ever had. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony and view of the gorgeous mountainside for free. They also helped me with my proposal to my now fiance by decking the room out with flowers, candles, champagne, etc. Concierge was very helpful and helped us plan some really fun activities as we're not big skiers. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
Cons (-) Can't really say anything negative, the stay was great. I guess if I had to choose something I could say that the property was too big. You honestly need a map just to walk around, but that's not really a negative.

Pros (+) Absolutely beautiful views of the river since property sits right on edge! Great pool and hot tubs, wonderful spa and great ski access as well!

Pros (+) On-site dining was amazing! Relaxed atmosphere with high-quality, unique and well-prepared dishes for a bargain price! Rooms were clean and well-appointed. We had a small balcony opening to the river (recommend this, rather than court yard views).
Cons (-) Pool was overrun by family pitching a football despite the crowd and small children getting hit and splashed. Staff could/should have stepped in for the comfort of all. We relocated to the health club which has a quiet pool and hot tub.
