Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to ski slopes, shops, and local attractions, making it convenient for both families and sports enthusiasts. Many also appreciate the spaciousness of some apartments and the functional amenities provided. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty carpets, outdated decor, and poorly maintained kitchens and bathrooms. Bed comfort is another concern, as multiple guests found the beds and sofa beds uncomfortable. Service is generally neutral, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also reports of limited reception availability and slow response to maintenance requests. Overall, while the location and room size are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
