Cons (-) My wife and I found hair on the sheets; we were moved to another room; there was dust on horizontal surfaces, hair, trash, dirt, and a pill on the floor; the "manager" swept the room, I had to do it again; we asked for a refund or a reduction in cost and were told "No"; the "manager" vacuumed the carpeted surfaces (with an inadequate small vacuum); no tv, even though there were connections for it ...
