Pros: Beautiful big room and bathroom. Easy to walk to centre of town. Friendly receptionist, check in very easy. Very clean.
Cons: Didn't feel like a hotel, not much atmosphere. The car park is underground via a lift, struggled with VW golf sized car, anything bigger would be very difficult

Cons: Nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Dark hallways
Cons: Worst location possible for tourists. A hotel in an area where there are many, many hi rise apartment buildings. Parking is terrible. If you are a tourists and want to see the sights of Valladolid. Stay away from this location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed a number of times here, but this time we had a room on the 2nd floor,it was huge. A fantastic room. Felt really spoilt.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The mini apartment is very comfy and the staff very helpful. The only drawback for me is that there is not much natural light, as it is on the first/ ground floor, but very comfy, spacious, clean and good value for money. Nice bars nearby
Cons: The view isn't great...but that's a minor quibble,
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous suite good size very clean, staff are lovely and. Helpful
Cons: Don’t waste your money on the breakfast! It’s absolutely rubbish, the coffee is undrinkable ! Cross the road and go to the cafe far better value
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We liked just about everything. The room (suite) that we stayed at this hotel (Washington Parquesol Suites) was very good: modern, spacious, comfortable. Lots of "take away" food options nearby/on the same street (Telepizza, Chinese food, etc. etc.). Well equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, etc. etc.
Cons: Rooms (suites) at this hotel are facing the rear, not 'street facing'. There is no elevator/lift. We have to get our bags up the stairs. One of the rules is that they do not clean the kitchen. We have to clean it and, on leaving, we should leave in the form we find on entering.

Cons: We only had 1 night booked.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room size was brilliant, very clean and comfortable. Great restaurant next door and within walking distance of cafes and shops.
Cons: The parking had a fee but we weren't made aware of this when we spoke to the staff on arrival and so it came as a surprise when we checked out. No mention was made despite us asking about the parking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Fantastic location - Great Decor - Good daily check in staff - Good on site Parking - Very good price overall
Cons: - Strange position of bed sleeping facing towards the window - Night reception staff did not serve us drinks to take to our room at 00:05 with the bar still half full, couldn't understand why - Their own production wine publicised all over the hotel but not even a bottle (obviously available for purchase I mean, not included for free) available in the room or minibar. Found it weird
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, spacious rooms and excellent location.
Cons: The bed was extremely hard and for me too hard - I was tempted to move to the settee. Such a shame as it ticked so many other boxes.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The appartment s very spacious and very luxury.
Cons: Glasses for wine and wine opener were missing. the equipment for the kitchen could be better. A coffee machine with capsules will be better.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location, attention, clean,
Cons: Breakfast could be better
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Valladolid itself is a very nice town with beautiful buildings. This hotel is in a very good location, though as it is central and parking is difficult you have to pay extra for parking within the hotel. The room was very comfortable and well furnished and the bed had quality linen on it. The room even had a mini kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: I would rate the breakfast as poor and did not represent value for money.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed 3 times and the hotel has always given us the same very nice room on the 4th floor overlooking the lovely church. It's comfortable and quiet.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and good staff. Everything perfect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and the lounge is good to relax. It could do with a microwave ( its just easier to make a quick drink..) ,also spare pillows and some mugs. Because we used it only for sleeping (we were visiting family close by) it was the right place for us.
Cons: We couldn't get the television to work. First the remote needed some attention and the next day the television was locked on the radio.... All the instructions and informations were only in spanish. No english or french... The apartment is very close to a busy road and on top of a supermarket were the workers moving stuff in the early morning and it can be quite noisy...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Large and comfortable apartment, best to suit people with cars.
Cons: It would be helpful to have various information in English and other languages readily available.
5.4 Okay
Pros: very clean.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good beds, great accommodation for even a week. You can ask for anything at reception like a hairdryer and they will give it to you for free. Washing machine. Just off motorway perfect for travel.
Cons: We wanted to visit the centre of Valladolid. There is only one bus per hour from the bus stop nearest the property. 12.60 euros by taxi to main tapas area near the post office.

Cons: Room 115 needs re wallpapering,as paper off on the joints

Pros: Secure parking, pleasant location
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable quiet location.
Cons: The fact you can't get dinner until 20.30 and the room service alternative options are not available between 16-20.00. Avoid Valladolid on a Sunday as literally nothing open.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location (I was travelling by car between France and Portugal), great dinner at the hotel restaurant (kind restaurant staff), large room and large bathroom.

Pros: Excellent customer service. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the car park was extremely handy.
Cons: Hard to think anything...Swimming pool was very chilly?
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We chose this fine hotel because it has two Tesla destination chargers. It seems quite new and very well finished, very comfortable and efficient, not noisy despite the nearby streets, with complimentary water provided.
Cons: The chargers are very awkward to use and need to be sited more conveniently by someone who knows how they operate with Teslas. The safe was too small to take a laptop & no coffee was provided.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location, cleaniness, staff, value
Cons: loved it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel in great location with pool
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Beautiful room, spotless and well designed. Had booked a room with 3 beds and upon arrival only a room with a double bed. Staff was very friendly and brought the 3rd bed right away. Hotel isn’t m far from the highway and shopping mall just across the street. Had a great stay.
Cons: -
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel. Though not central you can easily get to centre on a bus. Parking available but expensive... we left it just behind hotel and it was fine.
Cons: We didn’t want the buffet breakfast so we opted for continental. Because I don’t have gluten I got coffee, orange juice, a reasonable amount of bread and a cake but my husband got coffee, orange juice and one small piece of sliced bread. Also our wash basin was blocked on arrival and though we reported it.. it wasn’t seen to.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room. Great central location.
Cons: Parking the car was a bit of a nightmare. Finding it was a challenge with the one way system in the city and having to drive into a tiny car lift after a long drive late at night was very stressful. Breakfast was basic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was simple. So I grabbed a coffee, and then we ate in a nearby café.
Cons: Breakfast. Had to park in a city centre carpark
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Junior Suite was just perfect. Very comfortable. Jacuzzi in the suite was a nice surprise. Located in the center with easy access to main attractions. Recommend parking in nearby public parking especially with a big car! In general we enjoyed the place.
Cons: Getting to hotel by car is a challenge because of the one way streets. Don’t hesitate to drive to the front of hotel to unload or load your luggage even though the street is marked by no access sign. Hotel has a garage but suitable mostly for small cars (elevator access)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. It is an attractive hotel on a quiet shopping street within easy walking distance to many interesting sites. I would stay there again.
Cons: It is a little difficult to find but that is the fault of my GPS
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice quality medium sized hotel near the heart of Plaza Mayor.
Cons: No catering facilities (but we knew this when we booked) & difficult to find! (One way System) and the garage was even more difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place. At £62 per night I have nothing to complain about. Excellent location, quiet overnight and has parking in the middle of the city.
Cons: The TV was broken and the shower head was loose but workable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice with a big very comfortable bed and plenty of room for storage. Great location.
Cons: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very comfortable and well fitted out, comfortable beds, quality linen & towels.
Cons: Breakfast can be ordered with individual items such as pastries and coffee. These are good quality, but not a huge range and maybe one or two complimentary items could be included with the room price.
6.7 Good
Cons: Pathetic service. Didn't ever bother helping with luggage at 11pm. Parking was a bit of a scam and "let" us park as a "favour" for 10 euro in a place that wasn't even prepared for parking, very unhelpful. Not going there again and wouldn't recommend it, at least not to foreigners who expect minimum service from a 4 STAR HOTEL!!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Its location (right next to the main square) and very friendly staff.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right next to Plaza Mayor
Cons: Beds were a bit soft
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and gracious! The location was perfect! Right around the corner from the plaza mayor and a 10 minute walk the park and other historical sites. It was next to so many tapas bars and restaurants...lovely location!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything apart from issue of parking and bathroom. Great situation just behind plaza Mayor. Room good well appointed with safe fridge , air con and TV. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The parking option was not available as promised on their spec. The nearby parking where they had a deal was closed due to works but I think they should either have done a deal with another nearby parking or at least informed clients so they would come prepared. There was nowhere to stop to offload luggage by hotel so had to drag bags a long way. Very inconvenient if you come by car. Bathroom rather antiquated.
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the city. Good value for money. Not much more to say, it´s really good for a short stay in the city and close to all main places to visit.
Cons: Toilet was really really small, almost difficult to manouver around. Also no water pressure in the bath. Some construction work noise from outside during the day, not unbeareble but a bit irritating.

Cons: Nothing..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location. This hostal has no breakfast

Pros: Had stopped there before and wasn’t disappointed
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There is a large park opposite the hotel so a great location for anyone staying with pets.
Cons: There was a strange smell in the room when we first arrived almost like someone had been smoking in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In the room there was no breakfast tea no milk no cups We asked at reception where they said they were a Spanish hotel why would they supply English things yet I’m sure you we’ll come English visitors
Cons: See previous answer
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Traveled by car in a vacation return trip from France and were passing through Valladolid, and looked for a hotel for a 1 night stay not necessarily in the city center - the hotel was near the main highway, which was good. - Seemed to be a quiet neighborhood, which helped with resting for a continued car trip the follow day. - It had a city park and a science museum close by, but didn’t manage to go to the museum because it was closed on Sundays, but seemed interesting. - cleanliness of room
Cons: - pastries at breakfast were a little dry
7.1 Good

5.4 Okay
Pros: Hotel location is good, public parking outside is easy to find and free of charge. Staff is helpful. Hotel has a good dinner menu for adults and kids.
Cons: Hotel is a disappointment in many aspects. First of all, in our opinion it does not match the photos. Room is dated, Poor cleanliness on some spots (bathroom and carpets). Kids spot is really dirtly (carpet) and the "toys" are either incomplete or broken. Common spaces are just not good enough

8.8 Excellent
Pros: A very clean hotel, we got a family room which was quite big and very comfortable. A little bit old-fashioned in term of general ambiance and decoration - closer to a business hotel - but it was what we expected. Large rooms, beds were very comfortable, 2 bathrooms. Very quiet. Found a free parking space very easily in the street in front of the hotel, which was also very convenient. The area is very secure. Lots of nice little cafés and patisseries nearby for breakfast if necessary.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location.Clean.. best sleep ever
4.2 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The facility had no attendant when we arrived at about 5:30pm. We had to figure out a machine designed to get us registered and issued keys to get into the building, all with poor instructions. Then once inside, we had to figure out how to use the elevator, which finally we figured out you had to press the button and wait until the lift showed up on your floor. Took us an hour to get to our room once arriving at the front door. Once in the room it was clean. There was a place to work (desK) but no chair! There was on long pillow for a double bed both people had to use. The shower/tub was Dangerous!!!!!!!!!!! It was slippery, with no mat so you could stand to take a shower. My wife, at 70, has some balance issues and there were no handles to assist her in getting into the shower, so she went dirty!!! Will not recommend and will never use again. On check out, there was a young woman and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, she simply shrugged her shoulders!
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location, price ok.
Cons: Room a bit small.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The manager sat down with us & the city map & gave us a quick summary of which places to be sure to see on a short city walk.
Cons: Urban noise in the street outside our room in early morning- but unavoidable when staying in a central city location. We prefer open windows to air conditioning, so probably not a issue if you keep windows closed & air con on.

7.1 Good
Pros: Well appointed public areas of the hotel, staff friendly well situated in the centre of the town.
Cons: The bedroom was dated and the bathroom was very tired, the enamel round the plug hole in the bath was missing and looked like it had been that way for a long time.

Pros: Staff at reception were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, close to the sculpture museum, the Plaza Mayor and the cathedral.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very confortable bed and largue room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff was super helpful, and they did have parking, although it was super tight. (It took me good 20 minutes on my own to get my car to fit.) They had breakfast available, but we chose to walk around and found a good cafe near by.
Cons: As mentioned, parking was very tight (and there was a fee.) Also, we were told by the staff that NOTHING would be open on Easter (the morning we were leaving), however we found plenty of places open. Also, the rooms could use an update. The rest of the hotel is very classy but the rooms are bit old and tired. That being said, they were clean and comfortable, but not as nice as one would expect when they walk into the very nice lobby. We were there on a busy weekend, but still would have expected the price to be a bit less.
6.7 Good
Cons: This hotel is begining to show its age. Although it is adequate the rooms are quite old fashioned when compared to its competition.

Pros: The family suite was spacious, plenty of beds, air conditioned and very clean. The hotel was in a prime location a couple of minutes walk away from the Plaza Mayor.
Cons: The room didn’t have any windows or tea or coffee making facilities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast
Cons: N/A
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean and tidy secure underground parking. Close to where sightseeing buses start from.
Cons: Only stayed overnight didn’t find anything I had a problem with.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing. Quiet, very close to everything, central. The streets surrounding are full of shops and bars etc, but it's a quiet area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were modern, clean and large. Room sizes were large. We had a family apartment in the hotel. For a central city flat, this is a very good price.
Cons: The room did not have a private balcony, it had little natural light. The room was shabby, paintwork old and tired, polyfilla marks. The bedding is old. The style of the rooms are disjointed - 70s style bedding with black leather chairs. It felt like it has been put together over years, rather than 'designed'. I found it too basic, therefore soul-less and unwelcoming, no pictures on walls, no colour, but my husband disagreed so it's a matter of taste I guess. It was perfect for a night, I'd have been disappointed if that was a week-long stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to the Plaza and the town.
Cons: Nothing wrong with it for the money.
7.9 Good
