Pros (+) The free breakfast was good. Of the three employees we encountered at the front desk the last one was really nice. She said she would try to get us some money back but because it was booked through kayak she probably wouldn't be able to.
Cons (-) We ordered a non smoking room because we have a one year old and a 3 year old. The sign on the door said non smoking but the room smelt strongly of smoke. Even all the sheets smelt like smoke. We brought it to their attention and they gave us a fabreeze bottle.
