Cons (-) This may seem minor, but they have been remodeling and the hot water was not turned on underneath bathroom sink. I told the front desk, but that night still no change until the front desk person came to the room at my request and at my suggestion checked the valve and it had been shut off. So that was solved. I have one more equal or greater irritation. The new sinks do not have an external "rod" ...

Cons (-) Wasn't the quietest hotel I've stayed at. The water pressure was awful, and the water was cut off between 10-4 everyday.
