Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful, like staying in a museum. Having breakfast surrounded by frescoes was a unique experience
Cons (-) I asked the front desk to help me book a train to Florence the night prior to checking out. They told me that they could not do this for me, but not to worry as the trains don't sell out anyway.
