The Junior Suite was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The location is peaceful. The staff are based in its sister hotel a few minutes away. When you arrive you can ring the bell and speak to someone over the intercom. That person can open the door for you remotely, but you may have to wait inside for a few minutes for someone to arrive and show you to your room. This was no problem for us. Yes, the hotel is hidden away and may be difficult to find, but the website explains exactly how to find it, and we had absolutely no trouble using the map we had brought with us. All in all, a really nice place.

Location and the junior suite with its balconies overlooking a fairly busy canal with gondals regularly passing by. The decor and ambience very plush,and one member of staff who was a delight. The hotel was fantastico!
The hotel has no staff, execpt in the early morning and there is no information in the rooms with emergency numbers etc or discription of the surrounding area,but you can always listen to the gondala speech as he passes by .

The room was beautifully furnished, and the hostess is very pleasant and helpful.
The view from the "canal view with two balconies" is not at all up to expectations. The "balconies" are windows, and you can barely see the canal without leaning out. The view across from the windows is that of an unattractive building.
