I think it met all the criterias for a 3 star hotel, i can say it was even better. The location was great, the rooms and toilets were clean and breakfast was delicious

Kindness of the staff, good WiFi, spacious room, super clean, 6 minutes away from Rialto as well as S.Marco. I would definitely come back!

Breakfast was a very good selection of food, both hot and cold. I selected the hotel because of it's location, near the Rialto Bridge in San Marco. I have stayed ther before, one year ago.
