Pros (+) Comfortable elegance at it's best. Warmest staff you will ever find anywhere in Venice. The staff could not do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. Spotless rooms, and nice views. The oriental bar is superb. We will always return to the Metropole when visiting Venice.
Cons (-) After 10 days leaving was very hard.
Pros (+) Fantastic staff, great location, cool hotel design and décor, great bar and food. Will definitely stay there again.
