Pros (+) The rooms while basic are clean and well maintained, bed size was decent for a couple and shared bathrooms were always clean, not busy. The hotel is right on the water front so has good views and is also located next the the Arts Academy and Peggy Guiggenheim. Cons (-) Only minus was the amount of mosquitos in our room, likely due to being first floor and next to the canal. That said, we didn't ask downstairs for any mosquito repellent or spray, likely they could have helped.
