Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. Many appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the quality of the breakfast and restaurant offerings. However, a recurring negative was the elevator being out of service during many stays, which caused inconvenience, especially for guests with mobility issues. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, though a few guests noted areas for improvement. Overall, the hotel is highly regarded for its location, service, and breakfast, with some minor drawbacks.
