Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many mentioning its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Bed comfort was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, there were recurring concerns about the quality of service, with some guests describing staff as unprofessional or insufficient, and issues with room assignments and communication. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting problems in rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Overall, while the location and comfort were strong points, improvements in service and cleanliness could enhance the guest experience.
