A room with the reservation would have been nice. I arrived to find out my name was not on the reservation and they sold the rooms out at 3pm. I had a confirmation 3 emails. Called the number while I was at the desk on the reservation and it called the desk in front of me so I know I had the correct hotel.

Just feel like the hotel as a whole was outdated and seemed like rust painted over if that analogy makes sense you to ? Along with the staff just outdated
