Pros (+) The room was big and clean. The breakfast was good, and the hours for breakfast were great! Great and friendly staff who bent over backwards to help us on multiple occasions.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and conveniently located in the middle of everything you want to see in beautiful Victoria. Staff is also very accommodating to needs.

Pros (+) Great value for a clean no fuss Motel with breakfast included. Bathrooms are a little small but not a deal breaker.
Cons (-) Can be a little noisy (road) just request to stay on the back if availability.

Cons (-) I called to specify a room preference and the staff member to whom I spoke said they'd make a note of it. Well, they didn't, and when i arrived they were unable to meet my needs. Staff also had an indifferent demeanour and it seemed as though they had better things to do than serve me. As though I was an inconvenience. Discussed staff issues in front of customers - unprofessional
