Nice People, but....
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was average nothing special.
The swimming pool was like going into ice water, much too cold to be enjoyably. The hot tub was broken. Overall extremely disappointed . The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The bedding very very n comfortable slept well.

I was completely satisfied staying here......! They serve complimentary breakfast. Lots of breakfast!!!! Most beautiful rooms I've seen in Victorville. The rooms are even bigger than the Hilton , Marriott, and Holiday Inn! Spacious Rooms. Family suites. Towels are very clean, so we're the hallways. The clean fresh smell is everywhere in this hotel. The maids and front desk clerks were so sweet and on point with everything ! The manager here cares about services very much. Everyone here is so respectful. This hotel is perfect for romance or business and even different variety of ages. So many places around. Lots of restaurants and near the mall. Walmart is right next door! So everything was just peaceful and perfect. I fell in love with Hawthorne . I'll go back everytime and feel right at home! I highly recommend this to any picky hotel lovers......! Or anyone spending time with family, business colleagues....etc......you can't find nothing better than their prices or quality in that area at all !!!!
