Pros: Lovely hotel a stones throw from the airport. Breakfast very good value for money. Pool, restaurant and bar all great, rooms clean, super comfortable with aircon and lovely beds. Huge shower!

Pros: Restaurant on site, friendly staff, pet friendly. The staff actually offered a decent going bed for Hazel, how cool is that!! In all honesty we’ve stayed here at least 4 or 5 times

Cons: For some reason they required that I leave my room key at the front desk any time I leave the property. Not sure why. have stayed here before and did not have that requirement. .

Cons: Air conditioner was working tooo loud - it was hard to sleep. Wifi was really slow.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When they learned we had to leave for the airport before breakfast start time, they insisted on packing us a ‘box breakfast” of coffee, fruit and bread to take with us and arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. Breakfast and taxi were waiting for us when we entered the lobby in the morning. They could not have been more considerate.

Cons: WiFi connection is reliable only in the common areas on the main floor.

Pros: Everything went quite smoothly on my very short stay. They got the check in done quickly, called a cab for me in the morning and let me know when they arrived. The room was clean and ac worked. Breakfast was not included in my rate but is reasonably priced.

Cons: The hot water in the shower never warmed up. Not a big deal when the weather was so warm.

Cons: Stayed for 2 separate nights - first room the shower took quite a few minutes to have warm water in shower, the other room did not have warm water at all. Quite loud outside. Staff seemed to be unaware we were going, both times.

Pros: A bad experience. The place looks cheap and it is incredibly noisy. I had to wait hours (literaly) for the check in. Internet does not work well. There was no hot water. Avoid it.

Cons: We got room without the windows (covered, wall outside). Very load notice from the air conditioning outside.

Pros: Reception, cleaners and any other staff were always diligent and prone to provide any support I needed. Room was ample, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked extremely well, very much needed as at this time of the year the local temperature was 39-40 degrees Celsius in average. I had breakfast only once at the hotel restaurant. It was good. I did not have hot water a couple of times however as soon as I reported it they connected it. Same with the internet. It was intermittent a couple of times but they quickly fixed it when I reported it.

Cons: An uncomfortable issue was their payment terminal as my VISA card was rejected so I had to go to the ATM and pay in cash. Everywhere else I didn't have any problem when paying with my card for all kinds of services.

Pros: I liked the walking street area. Very lively to explore and very easy to find food.

Cons: It was extremely loud at night. Mucho, mucho ruido!!! Worse yet, the noise was actually coming from a party at the hotel; the thumping music was just past the lobby beyond a door marked “authorized personnel only”. Even earplugs didn’t help. This went on til very late, maybe 1 or 2am, and then it got noisy again in the early morning when guests and housekeeping began their days. Sound travels very easily in the hotel. Overall I’d say it’s a good choice if you plan to fiesta until late at night and pass out drunk, but if you’re just looking for a quiet place to rest before a day of travel, I’d look elsewhere.

Pros: You could have a nice view, if the view where to be nice. AC in the room, first did not work but staff was very helpful and quickly arranged a room change. Staff in general very nice. Room was clean. Nothing special but good value for money I'd say.

Cons: Location is very central but also very Loud. You can hear the Bass from the hotel bar even in the 6th floor. and also the other guests of course. We didn't really like the city itself, but that's not the hotels issue of course.

Pros: Huge, clean room with great view of the river. Super friendly staff. When we arrived at the bus station they had organised a taxi driver with a sign of our names waiting for us. We had not asked for this so it was a great surprise.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty good. You could use their washing machine and dryer which was so useful for us. Room was pretty comfortable although simple. There were a few restaurants and cafes around. Good for a couple of nights.

Uber to / from the airport is less than 200MXN. But need to go outside the airport to find the driver.

Cons: We felt totally ripped off! Only booked this as it was a pet friendly hotel. It's not! We had to pay an extra 30% for our small dog to stay. First time since leaving home in Colorado. Had to leave the restaurant as did not allowed!

Pros: The bed is comfortable...The staff is very nice and helpful....For example, I was finished with my business at 11:00 and checked-in at 11:15...Other hotels make you waited until 15:00.....It is safe at night and the parking is beside the hotel which is monitored by security all night....Very impressed...Oh !! the elevator is super fast...I liked it...There is a market - outdoor 5 minutes away with marvelous food...

Pros: Staff is very attentive. I arrived with 3 small dogs. At check in they took my bags to the room and provided a doggie bed and dog food dish and pooper scooper! They even wanted my dogs to feel welcome! Even though the staff did not speak English, they anticipated my needs and were always there. Example: I walked out the door to go to get something out of the car in the locked and gated parking lot across the street which is view-able from the front desk. When they saw me approaching the gate, they pushed a button and opened it from the front desk.

Cons: The room was very cold. Air conditioning stayed on all night. No separate control for the temperature in the room to control it..

Pros: Staff is very helpful. I had a vehicle problem. Three staff member discussed it and told me the best solution and helped me manage the situation!!!

Cons: This hotel is faded and old. It needs a serious update to its rooms & definitely needs to invest in new pillows.

Pros: Beds were new and clean, aircon worked well and the shower was large and had reliably warm water. Room was nicely cleaned every day. Pool has a shady tarp so it can still be used in the middle of a sunny hot day.

Cons: Very outdated hotel and rooms, mould in the bathroom, no fresh air in the room, very noisy, no way to keep mosquitoes out due to poorly closing windows, unreliable and slow Wi-Fi. Pool was clean, but had uncomfortable beds.

Pros: Very comfortable. The room was private. The location is great, there are several places to visit on a wlaking distance.

Pros: Great location, relatively cheap, the pool was nice to pop feet in after a hot day walking! Aircon worked well and the tv had a full range of channels.

Cons: It's very shabby overall. The towels had holes in them or were frayed all around the ages. The bedsheets were probably clean but stained over the years and the pillows were greasy. The furniture is ancient and the sink was barely attached to the wall, and the floor lino was full of holes. The wifi didnt reach our room, but the church bells rang 35 times at 6.30am, again at 6.35, again at 8am (both mornings) - but not during the day. The cleaner tried to come into our room twice while we were still in bed, starting at 9am - everything here seems to start with the dawn- and we were awake from early on with the noises of people wandering around, rooms being cleaned, etc. A nice enough place but needs updating!

Cons: The AC just blew constant cold air and didn't moderate it at all. When we requested a fix, the staff just turned it on and said it needed to run awhile (this was after it blew COLD air all night!) Food from room service was left out in the hallway overnight and into the next morning.

Pros: The location is perfect for bus line tourist. The property is literally two blocks from the ADO Bus Terminal. Great rooms, great breakfast, and wonderful staff.

Cons: I am in a motorized scooter/wheelchair, the elevator could not accommodate the size of it. they were nice enough to charge it downstairs, but i had to use my walker to reach my room.

Cons: When we got there at 4am, they lost our reservation. There was still some rooms available so it wasnt a huge deal, but it could have ended badly. They seemed like a very disorganiced business. Nobody new anything. No wifi. The hotel is in a dingy neighborhood and has a dingy look from the outside. Everything was very dated.
