Pros (+) Pleasant, open rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons (-) The AC just blew constant cold air and didn't moderate it at all. When we requested a fix, the staff just turned it on and said it needed to run awhile (this was after it blew COLD air all night!) Food from room service was left out in the hallway overnight and into the next morning.
